We introduced our Trista violins late in 2016. We are happy to say that they have quickly become very popular among intermediate and advancing players alike. Quality time and attention are taken for each Trista that we hand-craft. As with all the instruments we make, exceptionally clean handwork and keen attention to detail are evident throughout.
All Trista violins offer the player a sweet yet powerful tone. They are perfect for beginner through advancing players.
Trista violins come in two models. The standard Trista and the Trista Select. The Trista Select is made in smaller quantities. The makers hand-select all the materials they use. The maple back, sides, and neck are highly figured and nicely matched.
Both the Trista and Trista Select violins come with premium rosewood fittings that include a popular carbon fiber tailpiece with very smooth integrated fine tuners on all strings. Both models are finished with a special hand-applied oil varnish that enhances tonal qualities while protecting the instrument for many years to come.
